In order to ensure a pleasant stay to all our guests, we ask you to observe a few simple rules.

The guest registration will, upon arrival on production of a valid identity document valid.

The rooms are available from 15.00 to 19.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure.

For every booking confirmed as a result of direct contact (by mail or telephone) with the holder of Pinus Rooms is required to pay a sum equal to 30% of the entire stay, a deposit is payable by bank transfer, the coordinates that will be communicated privately. The balance will be paid upon arrival at the site.

In case of cancellation of booking or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and any sum paid as a deposit will be refunded, less the costs of bank commission. In case of cancellation or changes made after this date and in case of no-show, there is no refund of the amount paid as a deposit. If the cancellation was made ​​by the holder of Pinus Rooms, we will proceed to give timely notice and the repayment of any sum paid as a deposit.

The entire building is prohibited on smoking. Guests are kindly requested to smoke only in open spaces and throw cigarettes in the appropriate vessels. It ‘also strictly prohibited to use, within the housing, stoves, irons and any other electrical item and / or emanating heat. Guests will respond any damages caused by violation of the above prohibition.

The parking lot is totally free and protected by a gate with automatic opening for which the guests will be provided with the remote control on arrival. However, Pinus Rooms is not liable for any damage and / or theft caused by third parties to vehicles parked therein.

The remote control, together with the room keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to return or damage to the remote control or the keys will result in the host’s obligation to pay a fee, as compensation, respectively of € 20,00 and € 25,00.

Any damage caused to property and movables allocated in each apartment, will result in the obligation to pay compensation in chief guests.

The reorganization of the apartments is carried out daily from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, unless instructed to do so. Where the apartments were to be employed in these times, the reorganization will take place the following day.

The change of towels and bed linen is changed twice a week, every time you change the client and, in any case, AFTER the third night of stay.

Please take care to extinguish the light of the rooms, when you are out of them, and to use common sense when using water and heating. Guests are also invited, in respect of the occupants of the other apartments, to observe the silence from 14.00 to 17.00 hours and at night.

The reservation at Pinus Rooms implies full acceptance of these Regulations, a copy of which is placed in every room and lobby.
