Terms and Conditions

> Check in from 15.00 to 19.00
Please notify an approximate arrival time at the time of booking or at least the morning of the day of arrival.

> Check out from 8.00 am to 11.00 am
In case of request for late check out, subject to agreement with the direction and no later than 15.00 on the day of departure, there is a surcharge of € 20,00

> Prepayment: For every booking confirmed as a result of direct contact (by mail or telephone) with the owner of the B&B, is required to pay a sum equal to 30% of the entire stay, as deposit , to be paid by bank transfer, to the coordinates that will be communicated privately. The balance will be paid upon arrival at the site.

> Cancellation / Rebooking: In case of cancellation or changes of your booking up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and any sum paid by way of deposit will be refunded, less the costs of bank commission. In case of cancellation or changes made after this date and in case of no-show, there is no refund of the amount paid as a deposit. In case the cancellation was made ​​by the owner of B&B, we will proceed to give timely notice and the refund of any amount paid as a deposit.

> Guarantee by credit card: Where the customer does not want or could proceed to the payment of the deposit by bank transfer, and in case of bookings made well in advance, may be requested details of the credit card to guarantee the reservation, with a simultaneous request for pre-authorization of expenditure. The payment of the cost of the stay will only take place after the arrival on site of the customer, in cash. In case of  cancellation with less than 7 days notice, or in case of no-show, we will charge the cost of the first night.

> Conditions for Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years is charged € 20,00 per night per person (reservation cot / crib).
One child under 3 years stays free (when using existing beds in the present).
One older child or adult is charged € 20,00 per night per person (extra beds).
Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.

> Breakfast: Included in the price and delivered directly to your room with single dose products such as packaged croissants, briosches, biscuits, jam, nutella, biscuits, fruit juices and capsules for coffee, cappuccino.

> Parking: Free on-site available within the structure.

> Animals: Welcome if educated and of small size. It could be request an additional charge of € 10,00 for the subsequent cleaning of the rooms.
